All used or pre-owned items are sold as-is and are considered final sale.

No returns, No refunds will be accepted on used items for any reason.

including but not limited to:

  • The buyer doesn’t receive an item.
  • The seller sent the wrong item.

  • Evidence of successful delivery to the address provided in the Order details.
  • Proof that the buyer collected the item.
  • All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date will be exchanged or credited with store credit.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels

 

RETURNS

please notify us within 24 hours if there are any damages or issues.

please note, you will be responsible for all return delivery charges. We ‘ll deduct the cost of return delivery from your refund.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed
